Quotes & confirmation

Prices shown on this site — including the instant rate calculator and published rate card — are accurate as of the date shown and are confirmed directly by Greg via text or call before a booking is final. A quote is not a confirmed booking until Greg replies to confirm it.

What's included

Published rates are all-in for the vehicle (not per person) and include tolls, parking, fuel, and gratuity, unless stated otherwise. Additional stops, extended wait time beyond what's included, or added hours are billed at the applicable hourly rate.

Cancellations & changes

Plans change — text or call as soon as you know, and we'll work with you. Wedding and event dates, and bookings within 48 hours of pickup, may be subject to a cancellation charge; ask Greg directly when you book what applies to your date.

Insurance & drivers

Greg's Blackline is licensed and insured, and drivers are background-checked. Vehicles are maintained and inspected on a regular basis.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse or end a trip in the interest of passenger and driver safety, including for intoxication, abusive behavior, or violation of vehicle policies (e.g., smoking).
