Quotes & confirmation

Prices shown on this site — including the instant rate calculator and published rate card — are accurate as of the date shown and are confirmed directly by Greg via text or call before a booking is final. A quote is not a confirmed booking until Greg replies to confirm it.

What's included

Published rates are all-in for the vehicle (not per person) and include tolls, parking, fuel, and gratuity, unless stated otherwise. Additional stops, extended wait time beyond what's included, or added hours are billed at the applicable hourly rate.

Deposits & payment

Airport runs require no deposit — payment is confirmed by text before pickup. All other trips (weddings, events, hourly bookings, intercity travel) require a 50% deposit to hold the date, with the remaining balance due 2 days before the trip.

Cancellations & changes

Plans change — text or call as soon as you know, and we'll work with you. Trips cancelled within 48 hours of pickup are charged 10% of the total trip price; this cancellation charge does not apply to airport runs.

Pets & child seats

Pets are welcome — a $25 cleaning fee applies for shedding pets. Child seats are available on request for a $15 fee; let Greg know when you book so one's in the vehicle.

Insurance & drivers

Greg's Blackline is licensed and insured, and drivers are background-checked. Vehicles are maintained and inspected on a regular basis.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse or end a trip in the interest of passenger and driver safety, including for intoxication, abusive behavior, or violation of vehicle policies (e.g., smoking).

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Greg's Blackline sends booking confirmations, trip updates, driver arrival notices, replies to customer inquiries, and occasional promotional offers to people who opted in to receive text messages.
