Pricing & booking
How does pricing work at Greg's Blackline?
Airport, intercity, hourly and package rates are published flat rates you can see before you ever call, and any other trip gets a flat quote confirmed by text — no meter, no surge, no quote-by-phone guessing game. Rates cover the whole vehicle, not per passenger, and include tolls, parking, fuel and gratuity.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Same-day booking is usually fine — text or call (281) 500-8616 and Greg will confirm availability. For weddings, prom season, or a specific vehicle request, booking a few days to a couple weeks ahead is safer.
What's the best way to book a ride?
Text or call (281) 500-8616, or use the booking form at gregsblackline.com/book.html. Texting is usually fastest since Greg can confirm details without stepping away from the wheel.
Do you charge extra for tolls, parking, or gratuity?
No. Every flat rate already includes tolls, parking, fuel, and gratuity. The number you see when you book is the number you pay — nothing added at drop-off.
How much is a round trip?
Round trips run about 1.85 times the one-way flat rate rather than a straight double — booking both legs together usually works out cheaper than two separate one-way trips.
Airports & flights
How much is car service to IAH from The Woodlands?
The Woodlands to IAH is $115 in the SUV or $355 in the Sprinter, flat. Conroe to IAH runs the same rate. See the full IAH airport car service page for FBO rates and flight-delay policy.
What if my flight is delayed or lands early?
Your driver tracks your actual flight status, not the printed schedule, and 60 minutes of wait time after landing is included free on every airport run — a late flight doesn't change your price.
Do you pick up inside the terminal at IAH or Hobby?
No — pickup at IAH and Hobby is curbside only, at each terminal's Passenger Pickup area. Flying into a private FBO instead, like Hooks or Ellington? Your driver meets you planeside.
Vehicles
What vehicles does Greg's Blackline drive?
A black Lincoln Navigator or white Ford Expedition Platinum SUV, seating up to 6 passengers (4 with 4 bags), or a 12-passenger, 14-bag Mercedes Sprinter van with stand-up height. Two SUVs can run together for larger groups at a discount.
Should I book the SUV or the Sprinter?
Up to six passengers fit the SUV comfortably, or four with four bags. Past that headcount — a wedding party, a family, a corporate group — the 12-passenger Sprinter keeps everyone together in one vehicle.
Is the driver background-checked?
Yes. Greg Crawford has 30 years driving North Houston roads and is background-checked and insured, and every driver on the team meets that same standard.
Weddings & events
Do you provide wedding day transportation?
Yes. The wedding getaway car is a luxury SUV: $295 for a local venue and $395 for an out-of-area venue, covering the couple's exit.
Can you handle a bridal party or a whole wedding group?
Yes. The 12-passenger Sprinter is a popular choice for getting a full bridal party from getting-ready to ceremony to reception on one schedule instead of coordinating several separate cars.
Do you offer limos, party buses or shuttle buses?
Yes, upon request. Limos, party buses and shuttle buses are available through trusted partner companies for weddings and large groups. They're quoted per event, and Greg coordinates everything, so you still have one point of contact. Call or text (281) 500-8616 with your date, times and guest count for a quote.
Do you do prom and concert transportation?
Yes, booked by the hour — SUV $95/hr, Sprinter by quote, 4-hour minimum weekdays, 5-hour minimum weekends — with a background-checked driver and the same attentiveness to pickup windows applied to flight tracking. Details on the prom & concert transportation page.
Real estate agents
What packages do you offer for real estate agents?
A half showing day (4 hours) runs $295 SUV / $650 Sprinter, a full showing day (8 hours) is $550 SUV / $1,200 Sprinter, and a fly-in buyer day — airport pickup plus 6 hours of showings — is $525 SUV / $1,250 Sprinter.
Can an agent book a driver for an out-of-town client for the whole day?
Yes — that's exactly what the fly-in buyer day package is for. Your driver picks the client up at the airport and stays with you for six hours of showings, all at one flat rate. See real estate agent packages for the full details.
Service area
What areas does Greg's Blackline serve?
The home corridor is The Woodlands, Conroe, Montgomery, Magnolia, Spring, Tomball, Kingwood, Cypress, Katy, Huntsville, and Willis, with direct runs to Houston, IAH, Hobby, private FBOs, the Galveston cruise port, College Station, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and Lake Charles, LA.
Do you serve areas outside that list?
For anywhere else in Texas, Greg works through a network of vetted affiliates he's personally ridden with — same standard of service, or he doesn't send the client. Text him your destination for a quote. See intercity travel for the published long-haul rates.
Are you available 24/7, including holidays?
Yes. Greg's Blackline runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included. A 3am pickup for an early flight is a normal booking, not a special favor.
How do I set up a standing corporate account?
Text or email Greg directly — there's no call center or online portal. He sets up recurring executive travel or a standing account personally, based on how your team needs to move. More on the corporate & executive car service page.
