At IAH and Hobby, pickup is curbside only at the Passenger Pickup area — we don't offer inside or baggage-claim meet-and-greet at those two. Flying into a private terminal or FBO? Your driver meets you planeside, same as always.

Do you meet passengers inside the terminal or curbside only?
At IAH and Hobby, pickup is curbside only at the terminal's Passenger Pickup area — we don't offer inside or baggage-claim meet-and-greet at those two airports. Flying into a private terminal or FBO instead? Your driver meets you planeside as usual.
Do you serve private FBOs, not just commercial terminals?
Yes. North-side FBOs like Hooks and Conroe airports run at the IAH rate; south and west FBOs like West Houston, Ellington, and Sugar Land run at the Hobby rate.
Can businesses set up a corporate account?
Yes. Text or email Greg directly to set up recurring executive travel or a standing corporate account — invoicing is arranged directly with him, not a call center.
