You shouldn't be the driver on your own showing.
When you drive, you're stuck behind the wheel watching traffic. When we drive, you're sitting beside your client for forty minutes with their whole attention — reading the room, pulling comps, taking the other call. That's not a car service. That's selling time you didn't have before.
Booked by the day, so you know the cost before you commit.
$295
Half day, 4 hours · full day $550
You and your clients, moving between properties on your schedule. Stop for lunch, stop for a call, change the list halfway through. The car waits.
$525
Airport pickup plus 6 hours of showings
The relocation buyer. Met at IAH or Hobby, driven straight to the first property, dropped at the hotel that evening. They see the market, not the inside of a rental car counter.
$115
One ride, prepaid, your name on it
Buy the ride instead of the bottle. An airport run for sellers heading out, or a night out for buyers in a town they don't know yet. Handed over at the table as a card with your name on it.
Your name on the sign. Not ours.
Your buyer walks out of baggage claim and the man waiting is holding a card with your name and brokerage on it. Your folder in the seat pocket. Cold water. He introduces himself as their car for the day, courtesy of you.
They will tell that story to everyone who asks how the house hunt went. Your name is the one in it. No charge for any of that — it's just how we run an agent's day.
Extra hours at the hourly rate. Gratuity included. Agents who book regularly get a standing rate and first call on the calendar — ask about it after your second day.
Agent transportation, answered.
