What we collect

When you send a text, call, email, or fill out the quote-request form on this site, we collect what you give us directly — typically your name, phone number, email, pickup date, and trip details. This site does not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or advertising trackers.

How we use it

Your information is used only to respond to your request, confirm a booking, and provide the service you asked for. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Form processing

Booking requests submitted through the form on this site are sent to and stored in HighLevel (LeadConnector), the customer management system we use to manage bookings and contact customers about their trips. We do not use it for anything beyond that.

Address lookup

The pickup and drop-off fields on the quote form use Google Maps / Google Places to suggest matching addresses as you type. Addresses you type into those fields are sent to Google for that purpose.

SMS / Text Messaging

You may opt in to receive text messages by checking the optional, unchecked consent checkbox on the booking form at gregsblackline.com/book.html or through the website chat. Text messages may include booking confirmations, trip updates and driver-on-the-way notices, replies to inquiries, and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to your request, confirm a booking, or provide our services.

Your rights
